关于抑菌性能测试的实验 Airborne bacteria test

请教一下 Airborne bacteria test： Collected E.coli DH5 α cells were diluted to 1.0 × 10 7 /mL. To imitate the aerosolized, airborne bacteria, the cells suspension in sterile saline solution was sprayed onto glass coverslip coated with SiNWs@AgNPs nanostructure (2.0 × 2.0cm), dried in a fume hood for 5 min 26 . Autoclaved LB growth medium (with 1.5% agars) that was pre-cooled to 40 ℃ was added to the bacteria-exposed cover glasses. Once the agar solidified, the dish was incubated at 37 ℃ overnight. 这里面我有一步一直不知道怎么做。the cells suspension in sterile saline solution was sprayed onto glass。这个spay是什么方法？用什么仪器呢？ 求各位大神帮忙解答一下，困扰了好久了呢。。 |
