[求助] 求助各位:用cis方法优化激发态,频率计算不出来的原因

这是我优化激发态和计算频率的gjf输入文件:

结构已经优化出来了,但是在频率计算这一步进行不下去,实在不明白哪里出问题,这是输出文件最后错误的结果:

Max Tx.T内部阈值是0.000005,这里大了一倍,并不严重。但是Gaussian没有控制这个参数的开关,只能修改源代码。或者换其他基组/泛函碰运气,重新做结构优化和频率计算
