编辑回复如下：编辑让补实验和数据，但是没有审稿人意见，不知道针对什么来补，从信看，是不是文章还没有到审稿人手里，就直接被编辑拒了呢？ It is very difficult to read this manuscript and to understand ther measning of several sentences. Therefore, your manuscript has been denied publication in the Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology in the current state. The manuscript requires substantial language editing by a native speaker or a professional language service before it can be send out for peer review. I encourage you, to arrange a revision of the language style and then to resubmit the manuscriipt as new submission. If you desire to resubmit your manuscript, please submit the revised version online as a "new manuscript". I hope that the criticisms will help you to improve the manuscript so that when you resubmit it, you will have a better chance of having it accepted. However, please note that a simple modification of the manuscript will not correct the problems outlined by the reviewers. A resubmission must contain new data and may require additional experiments to be done to validate the conclusions of your study more rigorously.
