The preliminary review has been completed on your paper listed above and I regret to inform you that in the opinions of reviewers, your paper in its present form is judged unsuitable for publication in the "Structural Engineering and Mechanics, An International Journal." As it takes substantial time and effort of reviewers to complete the review and also to improve the possibility of acceptance of the paper, we send out for a round of review only those papers which pass the preliminary review. In the preliminary review, we check mostly the format of paper (NOT the contents at this stage), adequacy of references, etc. The item(s) specially checked by the preliminary reviewer is(are): The Text is NOT prepared in the journal format as given http://www.techno-press.org/?journal=sem&subpage=6. |
