EURASIP Journal on Advances in Signal Processing期刊的学科范畴是信息类，论文的范围较广泛：Application areas include (but are not limited to): communications, networking, sensors and actuators, radar and sonar, medical imaging, biomedical applications, remote sensing, consumer electronics, computer vision, pattern recognition, robotics, fiber optic sensing/transducers, industrial automation, transportation，
   该期刊由Hindawi Publishing Corporation来负责出版，http://www.hindawi.com，该期刊SCI的影响因子1.055 according to 2008 Journal Citation Reports released by Thomson Reuters (ISI) in 2009.。
   但该期刊这几年影响因子均不但上升，笔者在网站上检索了一下，国内国防科技大学，东南大学，西北工业大学等单位均有作者在该期刊上发过论文，我于2009年7月底投稿，感觉编辑对于格式要求不多，审稿周期大概是3个半月左右，我于2009年11月收到审稿的意见，编辑说，共有3个人审稿，有二个reviewer的意见已经回来了，发给我，我仔细看过审稿意见后，发现审稿结果是不理想的，非常的不理想，
reviewer1给出了约3页的问题，并且要求我将他未能找到的一篇文献发给他，并对于仿真里面的定量化分析SNR的数据详细再比较，仿真，最后几句话特别严肃，不仅仅是major revision的问题。
“************************  Section 5 is somewhat weak and requires some expansion. The second sentence of the first paragraph is not sufficiently justified by the paper. The claim that the XXX approach yields the best de-noising performance would have to be justified by a comparison of other approaches, and in this paper it has only been compared with the XXX processor for one of the three benchmark cases considered. The other two paragraphs do not make any claims about the performance relative to other methods. . I consider sections 4 and 5 to appear weaker than the rest of the paper. The overall recommendation was Review again after major changes; while I consider that some changes are required I am not sure whether they qualify as 'major', but they seem more than 'minor' which is the only other option. ”

同样reviewer 2 的意见也不好，
The manuscript needs a major revision to improve the standard of the English. It is very difficult to determine what the authors mean in certain respects, particularly with regard to the description of the XXX method, which does not appear to make any sense.
同时他还指出文中的一些错误，真是汗颜
Section 3.2 - The description of the XXX de-noising scheme does not make sense. Equation 7 - what is L? Equation 8 - what is t'? Section 4 - what noise model is used for treating the surface noise? Section 4.1 - when the authors compare the XXX performance with different SNRs, they also use different XXX positions. It is therefore not possible to distinguish between the effects of the SNR and any variation in performance resulting from XX position.
最后也没有说意见，只是让我仔细再修改。

收到这样的意见，自己也觉得论文有许多地方需要再认真修改，基本也没有勇气再修改后的想法了。
大约过了2周，我自己和研究生，认真讨论了一下仿真过程中的问题，包括环境参数的设置等，但如果修改的话，工作量还是非常大的，09年11月底，又碰到科技部一个项目的计划书要写了，所以特别忙碌，论文修改这件事就停下来了。
   到了09年12月1号编辑来信说，怎么我没有给他们回复，他准备再给那两位专家审我的论文。看到编辑的信，觉得还是有希望的，于是开始了修改的补充工作，论文也从10页增加到了16页，辛苦工作了18天，
于12月19号晚上提交了修改稿。
  于是满怀信心的等编辑的意见，这一次编辑回复非常快，约过了10天，编辑就回复，又接到那两位审稿人的意见，打开一看，意见竟然又非常多，特别是reviewer1说，为何擅自在文中增加了一些根本不相关的仿真图片和不太相关的内容，而且这些内容和主题没有内在的关联性，要求我马上删除(但我并不认同他的观点)，而且按他的要求补充内容，1，2，3等，，结论是MAJOR REVISION!
reviewer2这次意见不错，大意是说我已经按照他的要求修改了，但必须解决一个问题，英文不流利，部分地方看不懂，，，“The revised manuscript could still benefit from the attentions of a competent Enlish-speaking editor. The primary weakness of this paper remains the fact that results of simulations with different XXX positions are compared to infer the influence of signal-to-noise ratio. It therefore remains impossibile to separate the effects of SNR and true source range. ”意见 minor revision.

于是又开始了修改，大约于2010年1月15号再次提交修改版本，
9天后，2010年1月24号，收到编辑的来信，reviewer 1的意见，仍然是要我再修改一下，但已经并为minor revision，
只得再次修改，于2010年2月10号提交修改版。

最终编辑于2010年2月24日，发来信说论文Accepted.但仍然要求我找一位英语好的人，帮我再次修改一下论文。
这是我投稿该期刊的经历，感觉虽然写了不少英文论文，但仍然英语水平要不断提高才行呀！对自己的论文还是要认真，再认真！
刚参加了IEEE协会，缴纳了69.5美元的年费，下次投稿论文的目标是IIEEE Transactions on GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING (该论文的影响因子3.4)，2010年的目标是能中一篇 IEEEransactions on GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING 或者 IEEE GEOSCIENCE AND REMOTE SENSING LETTERS （影响因子1.6左右）
