混乱小硕申请PHD求定位指导

本人研三小硕一枚，从研一萌发出国读博的念头后一直兜兜转转没个定型，连想去的国家也没定下来  以下是本人背景： 本科院校211，预防医学/法学双学位，GPA 3.7/3.4 硕士院校211,985，营养与食品卫生学专业，GPA 3.7，CSCD一篇（让你偷懒！！） 语言：托福100，GRE 149（40%）/168（96%）/3（14%） 发了几封石沉大海的陶瓷，也有想过走CSC，接到娘亲“只赞助单程机票”的懿旨，想申请流统、营养或是社医的博士，求大牛指导~ |

soga~ 于是是我的套磁有问题么？虽然是真的每个老师分开写的，但是总觉得有点儿模板的感觉，而且也纠结要不要把学分啊啥的写到套磁里面。。。可否请前辈看看？不胜感激~ 最近发送的一封套磁如下： 标题： for a phd position Dear Professor XXX, I am writing to express my extreme interest in working as your assistant for the fall semester 2014. I am a postgraduate student in XXX University, majoring in nutrition science and food hygiene, and will obtain my Master of Medicine Degree in July 2014. In the duration of my postgraduate study, I participated in several programs, mainly focused on community nutrition, covering topics of diet behavior of school-aged students, folic acid supplementation of pregnant women as well as the nutrition and food hygiene condition of primary and secondary school students in deprived area of China. In these programs, I served as an assistant whose duties include questionnaire design, survey conducting, data process and analysis as well as report presentation. The professor I worked with praised me for my effort and achievement; she is willing to write a recommendation letter in favor of my Ph.D. candidacy. I know the knowledge and experience I will gain from studying under your supervision will allow me to successfully achieve my personal and professional objectives. Thank you for your consideration. 因为我们专业是个相对冷门专业，我基本上套的比较少，尽力给你帮助，仅供参考。 其实有个模板是正常的，毕竟如果大量散发，不可能针对每个人写。有几个小建议： 1、开头最好写成 Dear Dr. XX， Thanks for reading my email. I am writing to....... 因为很多美国人喜欢被别人尊称为 某某博士。而不是某某教授。 2、陶瓷的目的是让别人有下载你的CV并考虑你的欲望，所以你要展示自己的优势，最好有一些可以量化的。例如High GPA，publications，rewards， et al. 3、中间写自己的工作那部分挺好的，但是最好加上一部分内容，展示自己有什么技能，包括 experimental skills， data analysis practices 等等。 4、多看看别人的陶瓷信吧，同时多思考，多了解被陶瓷对象的情况。 5、the most important， you need willpower sometimes.
