［摘要］目的：对红花文殊兰根中生物碱．氨基酸进行成分分析与鉴定．方法：红花文殊兰根中成分复杂，利用提取并减压薄层色谱分离，然后对其鉴定．结果：经初步分离后，进行薄层分析鉴定，用对照品对照，检测含有多种生物碱与氨基酸．结论：由于其含有多种生物碱与氨基酸，红花文殊兰跟具有轿高的理论研究价值． 关键词］ 红花文殊兰 生物碱 氨基酸 提取分离 鉴定研究 |

Methods: Manjusri Portland safflower root complex, use of vacuum extraction and thin-layer chromatographic separation, and then their identification. Results: After initial separation, a thin layer of identification, with reference substance control, detection and amino acids containing various alkaloids. [Abstract] Purpose: To analyze and identify the alkaloids and amino acids composition in safflower Crinum roots. Methods: Using the abstraction and decompression of the thin-layer chromatography(TLC), separate and then identify the complex composition in safflower Crinum roots . Result: A thin layer analysis of identification was performed after initial separation,then with reference substance control,we detected various amino acids and alkaloids. Conclusions:The safflower Crinum roots were of higher value in theoretical study due to their containing various amino acids and alkaloids.
