[摘要]目的:对红花文殊兰根中生物碱.氨基酸进行成分分析与鉴定.方法:红花文殊兰根中成分复杂,利用提取并减压薄层色谱分离,然后对其鉴定.结果:经初步分离后,进行薄层分析鉴定,用对照品对照,检测含有多种生物碱与氨基酸.结论:由于其含有多种生物碱与氨基酸,红花文殊兰跟具有轿高的理论研究价值.

Results: After initial separation, a thin layer of identification, with reference substance control, detection and amino acids containing various alkaloids. Conclusion: Because of its alkaloids and with a variety of amino acids, safflower with a palanquin of Manjusri-high theoretical research value.

[Abstract]
Purpose: To analyze and identify the alkaloids and amino acids composition in safflower Crinum  roots.
Methods: Using the abstraction and decompression of the thin-layer chromatography(TLC), separate and then identify the complex composition in safflower Crinum roots .
Result: A thin layer analysis of identification was performed after initial separation,then with reference substance control,we detected various amino acids and alkaloids.
Conclusions:The safflower Crinum  roots  were of  higher value in theoretical study due to their containing various amino acids and alkaloids.
