第一次投稿，没看懂编辑的回信，求指点！

Please include your measured concentrations in your updated manuscript or there is a good chance that it will be rejected during the first round of review. If you feel measured concentrations are not required in this case, you will have to provide a very solid case in the body of your paper and within your response to the editor.这是神马意思呢？是不是还没有送外审啊？主编就直接给我拒掉了？这种情况还有希望吗？求大神点拨！ |
