求英文回信，确认稿件清样

论文被期刊录用，前段时间给我发了一封校稿信和proof，我把要修改的内容回复后，今天编辑又发过来了一封邮件，让我确认上次回复的内容是否已被更正。我看了清样完全符合我的更正信，请问如何写这封信？ 下面是编辑的来信： Dear Author The amendments you requested to your paper have been incorporated and I attach a copy for you to confirm the changes are correct. No further changes are possible at this time. To avoid delay to publication it is important that you email confirmation of your acceptance of the proof as soon as possible and certainly within the next seven days. If we do not hear from you again within this time we will process the corrected paper for publication. Many thanks Kind regards |
