295 g (1,l Mol) Glyoxal-Natriumhydrogensulfit wurden in 1 1 Wasser geriihrt und langsam mit einer Losung von 99 g (1 Mol) Cyanessigsaurehydrazid in 1 1 khylalkohol versetzt. Man stellte dann mit 10-n. Natronlauge alkalisch und riihrte 2 Std. weiter, wobei sich die Losung schwach erwarmte. Zur Vervollstiindigung der Reaktion wurde noch ‘/z Std. bei 60O geriihrt, dann mit Salzsiiure auf pH = 3 gestcllt und im Vakiium zur Trockne eingedampft. Der Riickstand wurde im Soxhlet rnit Chloroform ausgezogen. Nach Abdampfen des Chloroforms wurde aus wenig Athylalkohol umkristallisiert; erhalten 34 g 5-Cyan-pyridazon-(6) vom Snip. 184-185. Die Verbindung wurde auf folgcndem Wege ziim in der Literatur beschricbenen Pyridazon- (6) abgebaut . 5.0 g 5-Cyan-pyridazon-(6)5)w urden in 20 ccm POCI3 unter Zusatz von einigen Tropfen Wasser 6 Stdn. auf 60-70" erwarmt. Das uberschiiss. POCI3 wurde i. Vak. abdestilliert und der Ruckstand in Eiswasser gelbst. Nach dem Neutralisieren mit Soda wurde mit Ather ausgeschiittelt, die Ither. Msung iiber Natriumsulfat getrocknet und der kher abdestilliert. Das zuriickgebliebene braune t)l wurde bei 90"/0.15 Tom destilliert, das Destillat mehrmals aus Petrulather umkristallisiert und sofort analysiert . Die farblosen Kristalle waren nach 2-3 Tagen vbllig zersetzt. Ausb. 3.5 g (60% d. Th.), Schmp. 41 -42". Die Substanz war von M. ROBBAn~ic)h t analysenrein erhalten worden |

To a stirring solution of 295 g (1,l Mol) Glyoxal-sodiumhydrogensulfite in 1L water was added slowly the solution of 99g(1mol) cyanacetyl hydrazide in 1L R(?)OH, then 10N NaOH was added and stirred for 2h,while the mixture was slightly heated. To complete the reaction further ?h at 60C heated, then HCl was added to pH =3, and evaporated in vacuum to dry. The rest was in Soxhlet with HCCl3 extracted,after evaporation of HCCl3 the rest was recrystalled in some Ethanol and gave 34 g 5-cyanpyridazone-6 of mp 184-185C, the compound was decomposed to pyridazone-6 written in lit. by the pathway below. 5.0g 5-cyanpyridazone-6 5 was heated in 20ml POCl3 with some drops of water at 60-70C for 6h. The excess of POCl3 was distilled off in vacuum and the rest poured into ice-water. After neutralization with Na2CO3 was extracted with ether, the ether mixture was dried over Na2SO4 and ether was distilled off. The brown rest oil was distilled at 90C/0.15Torr, the distilate was recrystallized many times in petro-ether and analyzed at once. The colorless crystall was totally decomposed after 2-3days, yield 3.5g(60%),mp 41-42C. The substance was obtained analytical pure ( M. ROBBAn~ic)h t ???) |
