由肿瘤、严格来讲由对Dll4-Notch阻塞敏感的肿瘤血管引起的预测生物标记尚未被确认。最初有一种有用的观点认为,高水平的Dll4-Notch和途径抑制的敏感性有关。因此,临床标本中Delta-Notch 各种信号通路的组成成分的表达层次的进一步的分析将会是十分有益和必要的。

由肿瘤生成或在肿瘤血管内表达,可赋予Dll4-Notch封锁的敏感性的预测性生物标志物尚未被识别。有一种可能就是高含量的Dll4-Notch影响通道抑制的灵敏度。因此,在临床标本中进一步的检测Delta-Notch各个组分信号通道的信号表达水平将说明问题。
