关于certified docunments的问题

我在申请澳洲curtin大学的PhD，在我寄送材料的时候，那边的office通知我说我的材料，主要就是我的本硕学位证书 are not certified。 我原来学校关于英文学位证明的流程是这样的，就是中文证书复印一下，然后去校档案馆，工作人员翻译，打印，然后打印出来的中英文文件上都加盖学校档案馆公章。 这是工作人员关于这个的的回复： Certified Documents Signatures on certified copies of transcript(s) and certificate/award(s) must be accompanied by an ink imprint stamp/chop. We can only accept these documents if they have been signed by one of the following: 1. An authorized Curtin representative 2. Curtin International Office staff member 3. A person of authority at the issuing institution (eg Registrar) 4. Justice of Peace 5. Commissioner for Oaths/Declarations 6. Any notary public English Translated Documents Copies of your transcript(s) and certificate/award(s) in the original language (if issued in a language other than English) must be provided with English language translated copies. We can only accept these documents if they have been translated by one of the following: 1. An official and accredited translator 2. A person of authority at the issuing institution (eg Registrar) 各位大侠能否告知下，这certified docunments应该怎么样弄么？ |
