在JMCA上投了一篇文章，已经过去16周了，目前仍是with editor。给编辑部写邮件，回复：Your manuscript is still with the editor and is yet to send for review process. The editor is away from his office and this is the reason for the delay in processing the manuscript. I will immediately follow-up with him to move your manuscript further.由于有毕业与升学的压力，我想撤稿，改投catalysis letters.他说编辑不在办公室，我写的撤稿信会不会没人回复。那个时候改投Catalysis letters是不是可能认为一稿多投？时间很紧迫，不想一直被这个期刊拖着。请教有经验的虫友，帮我出出注意，万分感谢！
