小虫昨晚收到了马普所的回信，如下
We have finally reached the next stage in our IMPRS application process and selected you to be one of the short-listed candidates we wish to conduct a Skype interview with (or phone interview if you have no Skype account).

We are very sorry you had to wait that long for feedback. Please briefly inform us whether you are still interested in joining our team at the Max-Planck-Institute for Heart and Lung Research, Bad Nauheim, Germany, and also email us your Skype ID (alternatively: phone number). We will then get in touch with you concerning the exact date of the interview.

我除了把ID给他以外，关于面试，我需要如何准备一下呢？

对自己以前的工作熟悉清楚，对方如果问到一定要能说明白，考虑一下对方关于自己的工作会问什么问题。
然后对对方的研究情况要有了解，通常最后对方都会问你有什么问题问他，这时候就可以对他们的研究问一下，效果会比较好，就问你们这个研究搞得是不是XXX啊，要做成什么样子神马的，最好还能提一下自己对这个研究的想法。
