Service down for maintenance Important Notice As a result of an unprecedented number of submissions to the journal in November, we have had to close submission of non-open-access articles to the journal slightly earlier than announced. The submission system is temporarily closed until 28 November whilst open-access software is installed. New submissions to the journal will require authors to pay an open-access fee or have a submission waiver.
