论文被completely reject,但主编认为能rescue。帮忙看看结论吧。 已有13人参与

If you can revise your manuscript to meet these reviewers' demands and concerns, we would like to have you submit a COMPLETELY NEW submission. We do think that the subject is of interest--and that the manuscript could be "rescued"--but this would take considerable re-writing and revision.
