论文被completely reject,但主编认为能rescue。帮忙看看结论吧。 已有13人参与

We would like to have your review of this subject, however. If you can revise your manuscript to meet these reviewers' demands and concerns, we would like to have you submit a COMPLETELY NEW submission. We do think that the subject is of interest--and that the manuscript could be "rescued"--but this would take considerable re-writing and revision.
