发光材料投稿又被拒，求毕业，该投什么期刊好哈？唉。。。

投了好几个期刊，收到了如下回复，不知道荧光粉的文章往哪里投了？学校要求一篇SCI2区或两篇SCI3区才能毕业，苦逼的博士。。。单位要求年底拿学位证过去哈。。。恳请各位虫友帮忙和支招哈。。。感激不尽！！！！ ---------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 一下是APL投稿回复，无任何意见，之前投过ML，合金与化学物等。。也是一样 Dear XXX, Thank you for submitting your manuscript, referenced below, to Applied Physics Letters. "XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX" L13-XXX We have examined your paper, and our consensus is that it does not contain a strong component of new applied physics and does not meet the timeliness requirement for rapid publication in this Letters Journal. We are therefore returning the manuscript so that you can seek publication elsewhere. As you may be aware, we receive many more papers than we can accept, and many of them are in competitive sub-fields. Consequently, we are compelled to reduce our coverage of certain areas, even though they may have appeared in our pages in the past. Such decisions are difficult but are necessary to control the explosion in Journal size.
