外国期刊《表面活性剂与洗涤剂》回复不知道是没戏了还是要我改？请大神帮我看看

This manuscript describes a chitosan derivative whose properties cannot be ascribed as surface active. The surface tension decrease is too small and the profile depicted for its variation with polymer concentration does not agree with the formation of well-defined aggregates as required to be associated with a critical micelle formation. In addition, its properties as foaming or emulsifier agent do not allow the claim for superior performance put forward along the manuscript. For this reason, the JS&D is not an appropriate Journal to describe these findings. Thank you for considering the Journal of Surfactants and Detergents for the publication of your research.
