After analyzing our notes from yesterday's Post Doc applicant interviews, we have made a preliminary ranking. We are happy to inform you that the result is that you belong to the top group. For the top group, our next step is to take at least one reference. Is it OK to contact your reference persons, i.e. have you informed them? Which one of the reference persons in your application would you say is the one that knows you best?
