The above manuscript has been reviewed by our referee. Acceptance
of your paper for publication is likely, but we first ask you to
consider carefully the appended comments.

With your resubmittal, please include a summary of changes made
and a brief response to all recommendations and criticisms.
In my previous report I had raised the following points:

1. a solver suitable for SDEs, such as the "local linearisation" class
of algorithms should be used

2. control by EKF instead of UKF should also be explored

3. the parameter estimation step should be clarified, and the relation
to maximum-likelihood estimation of parameters should be discussed.

In the revised ms, point 1. has been addressed by referring to a paper
by David and Friston, finding no substantiable differences between
standard and stochastic solvers. For the limited scope of the present
ms, this is acceptable. Point 2. has been addressed, with interesting
results that strengthen the ms. About point 3., my impression is now
that essentially there has been no estimation of parameters, instead
simulation and control use the same (i.e. correct) parameters. This is
acceptable, although it limits the relevance of the presented results
for real-world control applications.

Altogether, from my point of view the ms can be accepted. However, the
ms would benefit from a careful revision of language, especially in
the added paragraphs

当然要回答，而且要要仔细回答，审稿人所谓的讨论，你要么要给出自己的数据说明你的观点，要么引用已有文章说明你的观点。一般的，如果期刊没有要求修改稿marked的话，在response letters 中首先要把每个要点和每个修改的比较多的，主要的修改地方列出来，然后再列那些单词和语法，能列多少列多少，这在表明你的态度是认真的，这很重要

你好，谢谢你的回复，但是那个审稿人所提的3点他不都是认为
this is acceptable了吗，这样还需要修改和回复吗？

consider carefully the appended comments.”    请注意 “likely” 这表示很可能接受，但是如果不 “consider carefully the appended comments”，你依然可能被拒，因为编辑 “first ask you” 仔细考虑认真修改那些comments

呵呵我明白你说的意思。我有点弄不懂审稿人的意思，我想问的是审稿人对于我上一次修改的结果是不是接受了？如果接受的话我还用做说明吗？
