求助大神们帮助翻译一句话！！万分感激！！

“将磨口玻璃管中的液体移入10 mL离心管中，分别用0.3 mL饱和氯化钠溶液清洗磨口玻璃管三次，合并饱和氯化钠溶液于10 mL离心管。” 主要就是清洗三次再合并这样的过程怎么也翻译不顺成一句顺口的句子，还请各位大神帮助。谢谢大家！！  |

| 供参考：Transfer solution in a glass tube with grinding mouth into a 10-ml centrifuge tube, rinse the glass tube with saturated NaCL solution three times (0.3 mL each time), and combine all liquid in the same centrifuge tube. |

(感谢奖赏) Transfer solutiion from the ground gass tube to the 10mL centrifuge tube. Thoroughly ring the ground glass tube three times, each time with 0.3mL saturated NaCl before draing the NaCl into the same 10mL centrifuge tube. 不知玻璃管款式...不敢用"试管" (test tube) 不知区别,不敢用"盐水" (saline) |
