刚开始申请，菜鸟一只。下面是一个英国老板的回信，我该如何回复呢？ Dear XX， Many thanks for getting in touch. I am aware of your work and it would seem that your expertise would fit very well with our own interests. I would be very glad for you to join the group, except that we have no available postdoctoral positions and if we do have posts we are obliged to offer them to nationals of the European Union in the first instance. The best way round this would be for you to obtain some sort of travelling scholarship or award to work in my Department. Have you explored this option? I will ask our administration to look into this from our end, in case they know of special funding. |
