求助！！！ 本人小白 好多问题不明白

一个月前投了一篇APL，今天收到回复被拒稿，具体情况如下： Dear Prof XXXi, Your manuscript, referenced below, has been reviewed. Attached or included below is the report of the reviewer. In view of his/her recommendations, we cannot accept your paper for publication in Applied Physics Letters. Please note the reviewer has suggested that, after revision, you submit your manuscript to a different journal. Sincerely yours, Associate Editor Editor's / Reviewer #1 Evaluations: RECOMMENDATION: Recommend referral to another journal Paper Interesting: No Original Paper: Yes Sufficient Physics: Yes Well Organized: Yes Clear and Error Free: Yes Conclusions Supported: Yes Appropriate Title: Yes Good Abstract: Yes Satisfactory English: Yes Adequate References: Yes Clear Figures: Yes OVERALL RATING: Not an APL 审稿人意见中还有这么一句 ： While the data may be useful for the understanding the apark gap, the paper does not contain sufficient new results to warrant its quick publication in Applied Physics Letters. I believe it is more appropriate to be submitted to, e.g., the Journal of Applied Physics as a short communication or note. 本人菜鸟，第一次投稿，现在有这么几个问题不太明白求解答.  1、审稿人的意思是更适合投JAP中的类似short communication的简报么？还是只是一句客气话。  2、自己实在是太小白，在JAP中并没有找到类似short communication的投稿须知，只找到了full paper的投稿须知（还是说只有在投稿时，才会让选择是投short communication 或者 full paper） 求大神告知 3、如果投JAP的话，他和APL是一个系统，那么我在cover letter 中需要说明之前APL被拒的情况吗？ 4、 小论文的研究方向是火花隙开关、等离子体放电方面，篇幅不长，有3页左右，请问还有那些期刊适合投稿。 再次谢谢各位！！！ [ Last edited by wly1b401 on 2013-9-3 at 16:01 ] |
