SSCI刊物，要求找其主页推荐的润色公司，我该如何回复？

第一次投英文文章，选了一个影响因素零点几的SSCI刊物，两天后收到责任编辑的回复，貌似对选题还是挺感兴趣的，但还是拒稿了，要求找他们杂志主页上推荐的润色公司修改一下，然后再调整一下引文格式然后重投。我浏览了一下他们主页上的推荐，润色下来估计得3000人民币，而且他们说什么不要相信自己本土的润色公司能做好之类的话，让我觉得有些反感。请问大家，我应该按照责编的要求做吗？（原回信附在后面，供大家参考） 另外这个刊物即使发表也可能会收高额版面费，所以我想改投别的刊物再撞撞运气，不知应该如何给这位责编回信？请各位大神们指导，谢谢！ 责编回信原文： Dear ***, An initial review of "***" has made it clear that this submission would fit within the scope and focus of Social Behavior and Personality.
