熟悉XPS的请指教！

收到审稿意见，关于XPS测试的。意见如下： 1.To my judgement Fig3 does not show actual XPS data. The peaks have no reminiscence of Loerentzian or Doniach Sunjic lines. The typical Shirley background is missing and the noise level is below the resolution of the Figures. Please make sure to show original data along with the fitted functions, but I cannot really judge without knowing the original spectra. 2.Specifically related to the XPS analysis, the C1s energies were corrected to one fix value. Note that this has no physical meaning as shifts or broadenings of the peaks can naturally occur due to the oxidation of the graphene layers. Why did they do a Gaussian fit? Other functions can describe the system much better. 我的曲线拟合用的是peakfit。看不懂意见，尤其是Loerentzian or Doniach Sunjic lines。请指教！谢谢！ |
