摘要: One strain was isolated from hydrocarbon-polluted Liao River Oil field, and was representative of Flavobacterium sp. (strain Oil-56). Chitosan (CS), sodium alginate (SA) and calcium chloride (CaCl2) embedding technology was adopted for Flavobacterium sp. immobilization. Secondly, the study investigated the influence of initial chemical oxygen demand (COD) of the surface water and aeration conditions on the remediation efficiency of the immobilized microbe. The results demonstrated that the immobilized beads gave high porosity and mechanical strength, easy regeneration and a long utilization time. The immobilized Flavobacterium sp. beads made in this study were suitable for remediation of COD-contaminated surface water with a wide range of initial COD values. At initial COD 77205 mg/L, the residual COD values for immobilized cells were 38-98 mg/L after 48 h, with removal efficiencies of 48.2-50.6%, being 42.7-45.8% higher than those of the free cells. Aeration accelerated bioremediation process. The optimal aeration intensity was 120 rpm, under which the COD removal efficiencies were 82 and 28% for immobilized beads and free cells, respectively. The Scanning Electronic Microscope (SEM) analysis indicated that the bead microstructure was suitable for Flavobacterium sp. growth.
