Journal of Alloys and Compounds杂志有投稿政策“Authors (or research teams) whose work has been rejected in the journal within the previous 12 month period, will not be considered for publication in the 12 months following the previous unsuccessful submission.”，想请教一下：我们是一个实验室但是是不同的导师，发论文时通讯作者是各自的导师，算是一个research team吗，其它导师的学生投Journal of Alloys and Compounds拒稿后我还能投吗？
