我们感谢审稿人的建议,的确,500度退火有可能会获得好的ZnO结构,但更严重的可能是将会使得层与层之间产生很严重的扩散,不利于性能的提高。在制备ZnO过程中,不管磁控溅射还是MBE,空位的产生都是不可避免的,因而退火之后,空位团聚形成空位团也是不可避免的。我们认为您的建议对于研究退火过程中ZnO的结构变化是非常有意义的。

First of all, thank you very much for your constructive suggestions. In deed, better ZnO structure would be brought by Annealing at 500°C, but it could also cause a serious diffusion between layers, which would not contribute to the properties.
During the preparation of ZnO, no matter by MBE or by Magnetron Sputtering, the vacancy is a default could not be avoided. Hence, the gathering of vacancies and forming of vacancy group could not be avoided neither after the annealing.
We believe your suggestions is very interesting for the investigation of structure variation during the annealing process.
仅仅是照你的原话翻译而已。不过我觉得你这段回复对于自己的观点表述的不明确,到底改还是不改,改哪里,改到什么程度都没有表达明确的意见。
