论文被拒，重投还是换个期刊？ 已有1人参与

主编拒稿，但是具体意见都是小问题，也比较好改，却没有给机会重投。主要问题是英语需要修改，如果找Elsevier修改，重投有意义吗？ Thank you for submitting your manuscript to Carbohydrate Polymers The above manuscript has been considered for publication in this journal. I would recommend the authors to improve the grammar of the text, to be more concise when stating the objectives of the work and to suggest the chemical reactions occurring between the **** and the****. this paper is more about materials rather than about specific carbohydrate chemistry/biochemistry ENGLISH LANGUAGE USE STANDARD The Journal cannot process any further a paper which is not written with a good standard of use of English language. Unfortunately your paper as indicated in the report above fails the standard, and therefore must be rejected. This is often a pity since the substance of the paper is often well worth publishing.
