以间甲酚（m-Cresol）为起始原料，经乙酰化（Acetylation）、氯化（Chlorination）、沙米尔脱反应（Sommelet Reaction）、甲基化反应（Methylation）与水解反应（Hydrolysis）等步骤制得间甲氧基苯甲醛（3-MethoxyBenzaldehyde），总收率为67%。该合成路线操作简单、安全、所用原料容易采购，且工艺成本较低，是一条适合工业化生产的合成路线。 谢绝机器翻译。 |

| 3-MethoxyBenzaldehyde was synthesized in a total yield of 67% via successive acetylation, chlorination, Sommelet reaction, methylation and hydrolysis with m-Cresol as the starting material. The synthesis route is featured as easy and safe operation, available raw materials and low process cost, which is suitable for industrial production. |

In this article, a new synthesis of 3-MethoxyBenzaldehyde ,with a yield of 67%,will be introduced,in which m-Cresol as the starting material is Successively Acetylation,Chlorination,Sommelet Reaction ,Methylation and Hydrolysis,etc.This facile and economical method is suitable for large-scale production of industrialization route because of the abundance and inexpensive nature of the materials used. 希望对你有所帮助～～ |
