原文：Depending on the sensitivity of the diameter control devices and facilities, a range of 4–6 mm deviation from the desired diameter seems inevitable in today's Czochralski grown silicon crystals. The diameter fluctuation varies along the crystal height within a certain range of amplitude and frequency. Geometrical impact of the crystal shape on stress distribution has been addressed in previous studies. It can be either a draft crystal side or crystal/melt interface shape. 我的译文：由于热力、拉晶速度和融化水平等波动干扰了长晶过程的稳定性。根据直径控制装置灵敏度的差异，目前CZ法直拉单晶不可避免的产生与期望直径存在4-6mm的偏差现象。沿着晶棒高度方向的直径波动具有不同振幅和频率。以往的研究中层描述过晶棒形貌在应力分布方面的几何影响（geometrical impact）。可成为引晶面或晶体/熔体界面形貌。 请高手指教draft crystal side翻译的是否有误。 |
