corrosion science 被拒，不明白

投了第一次说未定义E-coating,然后直接退了，第二次改过后重新投稿，这次给的意见如下，I am afraid that this manuscript still provides insufficient definition or identification of what was used and how, and I must therefore reject it. If you wish to provide full details, then the paper can be considered again. However, without this, the paper is not publishable in this Journal. I pointed this out in my rejection of the previous version of this paper. 实验已经写的好详细了，不知道到底怎么改了 |
