| It may depend on what kind of cells you are using, if you are using cell line, you may not meet many issues. If you are using cells from tissues. Be sure to get some pure cell population by using some isolation kit or reagents. During staining, be sure to optimize your primary antibody staining condition such ad dilution and time. Wash appropriate times. During flow, dilute your sample to optimal concentration, and choose optimal flow speed. |
