紫外与解离常数

做了一个些2-(2’-hydroxyphenyl)-benzothiazole derivatives 投的文章后的审稿意见如下： The investigated substances are the acids and the dissociation constants can be easily determined from absorptiometric titration and these values should correlate linearly with Hammett substituent constants. I expect that electron withdrawing groups such as CN, CF3, and CO2C2H5 will increase the acidity of the 2-(2’-hydroxyphenyl)-benzothiazole derivatives, while the methoxy derivative (6) should be less acidic than the parent molecule (5). The acidity of the compounds in the excited state may be easily determined from the Foerster cycle. 不知道里面的这个absorptiometric titratio 与解离常数有什么关系？有没有什么公式，看到一篇文献但是没有具体讲。 |
