That depends on how fluent you can think in English. If you feel smooth in reading or listening, your block may only be speaking out. Then you'd better find someone (native English speaker the best) to practise. On the other hand, if you are not so fluent in reading and listening, you'd better practise these first. Listening is a very effective, and necessary in my opinion, way to improve your sense of this longuage. Wish you happy in your study.
