make sure you read more formal written articles as they are mostly with perfect grammar. You will then be trained in mind typical way to express what you want to say. What else is pronounciation, may be additional facial expression [ 发自小木虫客户端 ] |

That depends on how fluent you can think in English. If you feel smooth in reading or listening, your block may only be speaking out. Then you'd better find someone (native English speaker the best) to practise. On the other hand, if you are not so fluent in reading and listening, you'd better practise these first. Listening is a very effective, and necessary in my opinion, way to improve your sense of this longuage. Wish you happy in your study. [ Last edited by dr_mosquito on 2013-7-15 at 22:39 ] |

do not be afraid to speak it out,try u best to speak out is the first step,and also u need listen and accumulate some local sentence,remember one sentence from the corporate-中国人为什么不敢说英语啊，就是受到中国教育的毒害，说得不好听有什么关系难受的是听的人，你担心什么。I hope u can believe yourselfO(∩_∩)O [ 发自手机版 http://muchong.com/3g ] |

DON'T stand guard at tourist spots. DON'T listen to young people say: "like... like...." or athlete say: "uh, you know.... you know...." Compare the actors' reading with your own. DON'T try to be perfect. So long as your inner voice responds the same way the actors do, you're making progress. Strive for a relaxed and natural first reaction. If a tourist asks: "Where's the best restaurant around here ?" You can say: "I know a great spot ___ blocks from here." James Bond would say that, why won't you ? Anyways, take advantage of the internet and don't limit yourself to old methods of learning. |

practice makes perfect. And do not afraid of making mistakes. Reading can also help you to improve your english speaking as it trains your way of thinking in English. When I first arrived in UK 4 years ago, I was afraid of talking to people in English. If people can understand what you are talking about, it doesn't matter whether you make mistakes or not when you you are speaking english. It is better to practice your speaking english with native english speaker. Otherwise a lot of the speaking english are Chinglish. |

I am also anxiou with my oral English .Maybe I am not qualified to give you some suggestion on this ,but you might as well listen to my words ,and choose to believe it or not . I propose 2 tip on oral English ,which I have benefited a lot .Firstly ,you should recite more English articles ,for example New concept English .Secondly ,you can practice your oral English at English corners ,on line or off lline . If you persist in exercising these two tip ,I think one day ,You will find yourself speaking as fluently as a native speaker .I am on my way to this dream. |
