[交流] 各位大侠，投稿ACS期刊，据稿了resubmission，中的概率有多大？

Thank you for submitting your manuscript for publication in ACS XX. It has been examined by expert reviewers whose reviews are enclosed. The reviewers have expressed considerate reservations about this work that I don’t believe could be addressed through a standard major revision. In light of the comments received, I am unable to accept the manuscript for publication in ACS Applied Materials & Interfaces.

However, if further experimentation, analysis, and revisions allow you to address the referees concerns in full we would be happy to consider a revised manuscript that included such data and analysis, assuming no related data is published in the interim. We ask that you submit your revision by XX. This revision should address the reviewers’ comments and include a point-by-point response to the concerns.

In the cover letter of your resubmission, please alert us to the fact that the manuscript was previously considered and declined as manuscript number XXXX, and that my office (XX) handled it. Please mention in your cover letter that I have invited you to resubmit the material which should be assigned to my office. Again, thank you for considering ACS XX for publication and I hope you will consider my suggestion to revise and resubmit to ACS XX. In any case I wish you well as you move your work forward.

Resubmission can be accomplished by logging into your ACS Paragon Plus account and using the link to this paper that will remain active until XXXX. Follow the instructions there for uploading your revised paper and supporting documentation.

1) On resubmission, please provide 2 copies of the final manuscript file:

a) The final revised manuscript file that does not contain any highlighting or editing marks. This file should be uploaded as the primary manuscript document file.

b) A marked copy of the revised manuscript that shows changes made on revision clearly highlighted. This file should be uploaded SEPARATELY FROM THE FINAL MANUSCRIPT FILE as Supporting Information for Review.

我觉得 你应该根据他给的拒稿意见 进行大修吧  修完再上传一下 应该就没问题了
