agents who remembering history get lower cooperation ratio than those who randomly initializing the history.

I do not think it is a error sentence, but a reviewer said that is wrong.

MISTAKE:  "initiate"  NOT  "initialize"
  "initiate" = Sets precedent for the future
  "Initialize" = Signing by writing down own'e initials.  
                    OR  
                   Enter initial settings to start a computer program or a calibrated device (e.g. a tensile test machine) running

In terms of content, try
  Only agents unawre of history are likely to cooperate; those who remember will probanly stay away in droves.

I am poor in the system, or I will send a flower to you. But I see there are two  robot  auto answer the question with no word, and they earn money here, it  seems unfair.

Thanks a lot, maybe you are right, I have remember that postpositive participle make the use of attributive, but when there is a "who", it is not postpositive participle now...
