how to say no？

Most labs will not allow people to work alone because a runaway experiment can be a serious fire hazard Besides the apprentice should have the decency of making time for her own work. If she's willing to accompany you but needs to check her schedule, then you've bought time. If she appears unwilling to accommodate you in any way, then you have a perfect reason to back out People who need help must be accommodative.... "Beggers cannot be choosers." If you don't want to refuse the apprentice outright, let a co-worker or whoever controls your time do that for you. That other person is not burdened by friendship. There... three roundabout ways of saying: "No" |

| maybe you are unwilling to help her, you can say your are so busy that you cannot assit to synthesis some products .you can tell her some methods.let her do it by herself ,if she still have no idea,you may give some suggestions in details . |

Honesty is the best policy. Just tell her that you are kept so busy that you cannot spare enough time for this.But try to be polite in yourtone. Say something like: I'm so sorry that I am not be able to help this time as I've been busy with... maybe next time..... |
