这样的文章还算SCI吗？求助各位虫友！

JCR 2012一出，各种悲剧啊。。。下面是JCR的内容，只列出其中一条。 Title Suppressions Metrics for the titles listed below are not published in the 2012 JCR. Suppressed titles were found to have anomalous citation patterns resulting in a significant distortion of the Journal Impact Factor, so that the rank does not accurately reflect the journal’s citation performance in the literature. The Journal Impact Factor provides an important and objective measure of a journal’s contribution to scholarly communication, and its distortion by an excessive concentration of citations is a serious matter. JCR staff will monitor these journals going forward and the titles will be included in a future edition of JCR when the problem of citation concentration has been resolved. Coverage of these journals in Web of Science and other Thomson Reuters products is not immediately affected by suppression from the JCR, however, the titles may be subject to review to determine if they continue to meet the quality and publication standards necessary for inclusion in Web of Science. 这一段的准确意思是不是这样的？ 以下期刊由于自引严重，导致影响因子及排名不能反映其真实水平。因此，2012的JCR2012暂时不考虑其IF。目前的Web of Science及其它Thomson Reuters产品不会由于其在JCR的镇压而受到影响。这些期刊需自查以决定其在将来能否达到Web of Science收录的质量及出版的标准。 也就是并不影响其收录情况吧。。。只是2012的IF没有了，这是肯定的。 楼主悲剧，一篇文章在这些期刊的2013年3月刊出，也可以在Web of Science上检索的到，不知道算不算SCI呢？各位虫友有了解情况的吗？ |
