J. Lumin审稿意见

最近J.Lumin.修改之后的意见回来了，审稿人又提出了一个新的问题。第一次审稿意见中没有提出这个问题，难道换审稿人？还有就是提出一个问题，怎么还是major rivision啊？这个大修小修怎么决定的？下面是审稿意见，做稀土发光的帮忙指导一下，多谢。 The authors said they used a photon counting system to record the emission spectra from which they built all their interpretation about energy transfer rate in their samples, but the intensity of a transition which lasts a few ns is obviously drastically underestimated with a photon counting system compared to a longer lifetime transition. So the calculation of energy transfer based on intensity is wrong. The authors should take a great care about this and use another detection system for their study. |
