| Abstract: Today, children's education has been a hot topic for those who work temporally in town. On one hand, there are two sever problems for kids staying in country side, i.e., lack of education resource in school and at home. In order to resolve these issues, it is a top priority to develop the economics and complete the social security system in country side. Also, government has to increase grant to improve the education condition. Meanwhile, financial funds should be increased as well to better support the education and hire higher quality teachers in the whole national¡¯s education system. On the other hand, there are five objective reasons not fair for those kids, following their parents in town, and results in less being competitive comparing to their peers in town in education opportunities, process and outcome. These issues are economic situations off balance between town and country side, unfair hukou system, no social security system, high barrier for farmers to work in town and farmer¡¯s own problems. So as to achieve an education equity for everyone, we have to develop country¡¯s economics, reducing economical difference between country and town; reform unfair Hukou system, constructing equal education environments; complete registrations; increase financial support, ensuring country kids¡¯ education quality in town; strengthen family education; improve school administration, reinforcing school education. |
