为了方便分析（忽略涂层和涂层/界面处的缺陷影响，故而未分析等离子涂层结构）界面元素扩散对阻尼性能的影响，研究了电沉积镍涂层在不同频率下的阻尼温度效应。 从公式（3）可以看出，涂层结构的阻尼性能不仅与涂层的厚度有关，还与涂层结构中的层间界面的滑移有关。通常认为元素扩散需要更高的温度和低的频率，而滑动则需要高的应变振幅，但它们均是可能的能量吸收机制。 In order to conveniently analyse (Ignoring the defects in coating and the interface between coating and substrate and therefore not analyzing plasma coating structure), the damping temperature dependence of the electro-deposition coated sample in different frequencies was studied. As can be seen from Eq. (3), the damping of coating system is not only about the coating thickness, but it is all about the slip in interface within coating.
