Aiming at the shortcoming of the traditional methods, active exploration and some extent breakthrough have been obtained by many researchers abroad. This paper reviews the most recent research progress of the determination methods of C, including mainly two parts: the improved and optimized methods according to the standard ones, and new technologies and methods. The former may shorten the detection time significantly, and reduce the costs, but they can not avoid the environmental pollution by the chemical reagents, and have insufficient oxidation ability to the refractory organics. New detection techniques which are different from the traditional methods, such as f, c, o, e ones or a combination of several techniques, can further shorten the detection time, and dramatically reduce the pollution of the reagents. With the development of the science and technology, new methods have been developed recently and are reviewed in this paper, giving reference for the accurate, rapid, low-cost and on-line monitoring determination of C.

针对传统检测方法存在的缺点,国内外研究者进行了积极的探索并取得了一定的突破。本文综述了近年来C检测方法的新进展,包括对标准方法的改进与优化及新的检测技术与方法。对标准方法的改进与优化,可以显著缩短检测时间,降低检测成本,但不能避免试剂对环境的污染,对难降解有机物的氧化能力不足;新的检测技术如f、c、o、e或多种技术结合等不同于传统方法的技术的应用,使C检测时间进一步缩短,试剂污染也大幅降低。随着科技的发展,一些新的检测方法为水中C的准确、快速、低成本及在线监测提供参考。

针对传统测定方法存在的缺点,国内外研究者进行了积极的探索并取得了一定程度的突破。本文综述了近年来C测定方法的新进展,包括对标准方法的改进优化及新的检测技术与方法。改进优化后的标准方法,可以显著缩短测定用时,降低成本。但不能避免试剂对环境的污染,而且对难降解有机物的氧化能力不足;不同以往的新技术如f、c、o、e或者其中两种或多种技术的结合,可使C检测时间进一步缩短,试剂造成的污染也大幅降低。文中也评述了随着科技发展出现的一些新的检测方法,作为准确、快速、低成本及在线监测C的参考方法。

Aiming at the shortcomings of the conventional approaches, some activities have been done and some breakthroughs have been achieved by many researchers. This paper reviews the latest progresses on the determination approaches of C and mainly consists of two parts: the improvement and optimization on the standard one, and updated technologies and methods. Detection time can be shortened significantly and the cost can be reduced by the improvement and optimization on the standard approach.

But the environmental pollution by the chemical reagents is still unpreventable meanwhile and oxidation ability to the refractory organics is not sufficient. New detection techniques which are different from the conventional one, such as f, c, o, e ones or a combination of several these techniques are also reviewed. Deection time can be further reduced, and  the pollutions casued by the reagents are also drastically reduced. With the development of the science and technology, new approaches have been presented as a reference for the accurate, rapid, low-cost and on-line monitoring of C concentration in the water.
