[交流] 审稿意见回复求助~!!!!!!!

近期一篇文章收到如下的审稿意见,小弟能力有限,实在是有些拿捏不好其用意何在,到底应该如何回复?还请各位大侠指点一二
具体意见如下:
1)针对的文章中具体的句子:Comments to the Author Pg 13, Line 19
“In addition, we note that several large nanoparticles were observed in the two monometallic samples due to the inevitable aggregation in impregnation; however, in bimetal oxides families, this negative phenomenon of particles aggregation is largely prevented, signifying the contribution of bimetal oxides systems toward the improvement in the morphological features with well dispersion and smaller particle size.”
2)审稿人的具体意见:
(1)The authors should take great care in drawing such grand conclusions from TEM analysis. The method is inherently sporadic in its sampling and it is important that one conscientiously looks across the entire TEM grid in order to ensure fair sampling and proper statistics.
(2)In addition to the possible shortcomings of the ineffective sampling, the authors have drawn an incorrect conclusion with respect to the dispersion of the formed bimetallic nanoparticles. I do not agree that bimetallics from coimpregnation will lead to increased dispersion over monometallics. One could argue that that the metallic precursors (in solution) interact with the support surface differently, and thus have different nucleation sites leading to one metal showing a higher dispersion. This may be the case with Pd versus Ru as monometallic Ru is shown to form smaller particles. However, this would give the two extreme cases for a bimetallic: small particles for Ru and larger ones for Pd. The authors have stated that the co-impregnation of both metals led to increased dispersion beyond that of the expected limiting case of the small Ru particles.

个人理解如下:1)原稿所用语言有些过大,有些绝对化;
                         2)审稿人不认同基于HRTEM进行粒子统计,因为中间可人为控制的因素较多,难于服众!
                         3)但是最后这一段实在是有些拿捏不好,因为如果是从审稿人所说的粒子同载体相互作用的角度来说的话,得到的应该是同其相反的结果;再者,审稿人所说的相互作用貌似只是关注到了最初始的制备过程,但后续的热处理及其他预处理过程的影响并未提及,但这些处理过程的影响或许更大(我们的观点)

相应的论点如下:1)弱化相关表述,只提HRTEM可以提供直观的粒子尺寸和分布,不扩展至分散度的范畴,同时修改相应的描述;
                            2)认为双金属体系的确可以改善粒子的分散性能,但如果按上述所说观点的话,似乎就没有必要再跟审稿人关于这个问题进行讨论和反驳。

以上只是目前的观点,但总觉得无必胜的把握!
