最新消息 Acta Crystallographica Section E 收费了！！

Acta Crystallographica Section E 将从2008年一月开始收费，收费为USD 150， 但有些国家发展中国家可以免交，但中国除外。具体原文为下： open access and Acta Crystallographica Section E 1. Introduction From January 2008 Acta Crystallographica Section E: Structure Reports Online will become open access, i.e. free of charge to all readers. The costs of peer review, of journal production, and of online hosting and archiving will be met by charging an open-access fee to authors. This document provides a summary of the open-access policy for this journal. Other IUCr journals operate a hybrid open-access policy, and this is described elsewhere. 2. Open access and authors Authors will be asked to pay an open-access fee upon acceptance of their article for publication in Acta Crystallographica Section E: Structure Reports Online. However, please note that authors will be asked to confirm that they can pay the open-access fee, or that they have a payment waiver, at the submission stage. 3. The open-access fee The open-access fee for Acta Crystallographica Section E: Structure Reports Online is USD 150. The fee is used to meet the costs of peer review, of journal production, and of online hosting and archiving. 3.1 Waivers Authors from developing countries may apply for their open-access fees to be waived. Waiver requests must be made before submission of an article to the journal. 3.2. Discounts Authors whose institution has a full subscription to Acta Crystallographica Section C are eligible for a discount on the open-access fee. In addition, discounts are available for advance payment of open-access fees. 4. How to pay Authors may pay by credit card, cheque or voucher. Please note that purchase order and invoicing arrangements are also available. For more details of how to pay, click here. 5. Open access and copyright Authors will not be asked to transfer copyright to the IUCr, but will instead be asked to agree during article submission to an open-access licence. This licence is identical to the Creative Commons Attribution Licence. 6.
