| 所以，我们寻找对接位点的目标在于搜索我们目的蛋白构建的模型中是否有与晶体结构类似的ACH结合口袋。虽然目标蛋白和模板蛋白的序列一致性仅为27%，但是三级结构通常会比一级结构保守很多。根据目标蛋白和模板蛋白的三维结构叠合图，我们比较了两者的ACH结合位点，结果如图5所示。由图中可以看出，由于目标蛋白的序列比模板蛋白的A链长出一部分，导致部分序列不能找到合适的模板，这也可能是影响模型质量的一个因素，但是在ACH的结合区域，两者的三维结构相似性非常高，ACH的结合位点基本重合，表明利用该模型进行进一步的对接研究是合理的。 |
