关于FTIR的翻译

| These bands were attributed to v(C=O) stretching of amides from proteins (amide I, ~1652 cm-1);δ (N–H) bending of amides from proteins (amide II, ~1540 cm-1);δas(CH2) and δas(CH3) bending of methyl from proteins (~1452 cm-1);δs(CH2) and δs(CH3) bending of methyl and vs (C–O) stretching of COO- groups (~1380 cm-1) and Vas (>P=O) stretching, associated with phosphorus compounds (~1245 cm-1). Two bands were of particular importance in reference to the P quota relationship – the band at 1735 cm-1 , associated with v(C=O) of ester groups, primarily from lipids and fatty acids, and the region from 1180–950 cm-1 associated with v(C–O–C) stretching of polysaccharides. |

| 这些谱峰归属于蛋白质中氨基的C=O伸缩振动（氨基I带，~1652 cm-1）、N-H弯曲振动（氨基II带，~1540 cm-1）、蛋白质中甲基的CH2、CH3非对称弯曲振动（~1452 cm-1）及对称弯曲振动、COO-中C-O对称伸缩振动（~1380 cm-1）及>P=O非对称伸缩振动（来自磷化合物，~1245 cm-1）。其中有两个重要的谱峰和P的定量有关——1735 cm-1处的酯羰基的峰（主要来自磷脂和脂肪酸）以及1180-950cm-1区间的峰（主要来自多糖中的C-O-C伸缩振动）。 |
